If you've purchased a chew proof metal frame product, rest assured that our warranty covers the full replacement value of the item.
*For D.R.E.A.M. Tough Beds, The BEAST UltraTough Beds, and our NOMAD Bolster Dog Beds, the warranty covers the replacement value for the cover only. However, the TRAILBLAZER & VERSA Dog Crate Pads are NOT eligible for full replacement as they do not have separate covers.
Our 120-Day Chew Proof Replacement warranty provides a one-time full replacement of the the bed for these products only:
- Chew Proof Crate Pad
- Chew Proof Elevated Dog Bed
- Chew Proof Padded Elevated Dog Bed
Our 120-Day Chew Proof Replacement warranty provides a one-time cover replacement for these products only:
- Beast Ultratough Orthopedic bed
- D.R.E.A.M. Tough Beds
- NOMAD Bolster Dog Beds
Accessories, Trailblazer, Versa, Venture, Den, Fused Core and mattresses are covered by the 30-day manufacturer's warranty only and are not included in the 120 Day Chew Proof Replacement™ one-time replacement. While they're extremely durable and designed to last a lifetime, they may be vulnerable to chewing if left unsupervised. We strongly recommend supervision when using these products, especially with persistent chewers.

Black Lab provides a 30-Day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This limited warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.
Please note that Black Lab is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at assitance@blacklabbrands.com, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
Our manufacturers warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips,
burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage. - Damage arising from commercial use in retail environments.
- Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Black Lab Bed. Covers designed for our beds may not perform as intended if placed over incompatible products.
The warranty replacement value is valid for 30 days from the date issued and applies only once to your original purchase. Please note that items purchased with store credit do not come with a separate warranty. If you prefer a physical replacement over store credit for a damaged item, we're happy to oblige. Refunds are not issued for used or damaged items.
Our 10-Year Mattress Quality Guarantee applies to orthopedic beds only. If your orthopedic mattress flattens more than 2 inches or 50% within 10 years, we'll replace it once for free. Normal flattening due to use is covered, but damage from destructive behaviors, water exposure, or urine is not. To claim a replacement, send us a photo of the flattened mattress next to a tape measure or ruler.
Clearance items come with a 30-day manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects only. Open Box items are not covered by our warranties, and both Clearance and Open Box items are considered final sale, ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Digital warranties cannot be used for gift card purchases, and warranties are applicable only to items purchased directly from Black Lab.
*Please note that while we strive to provide the safest, strongest, and most durable products for our pups, persistent and determined chewers may eventually overcome even the toughest materials. As with any product you give your pup, supervision is highly recommended, especially for dogs with a history of destroying or ingesting objects.
