Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Return within 30 days for full store credit if the item remains unused in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products as they cannot be resold. We prioritize your pup's comfort and safety.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Black Lab values your satisfaction and offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We accept returns and exchanges on items sent back within the first 30 days of receipt, provided they remain in like-new condition. Please note that certain items, such as customized items, Final Sale, Clearance, and Open Box items, cannot be exchanged or returned. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Not personalized
  • Not Clearance, Final Sale, or Open Box items
  • Have tags intact
  • Show no signs of use, including dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, or odors
  • Have not been washed
  • Have not been damaged
  • Returned within 30 days of receipt

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. Please allow 3-5 days from the date the item is delivered for processing and refund issuance. Black Lab reserves the right to deny credit to any items that do not meet the above criteria.

Items damaged upon receipt may not be eligible for return but may qualify for our warranty. Visit our warranty page to view the policy and submit a claim.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed. We can provide return labels for a $30 fee (per package) under specific conditions:

  • Items do not meet any of the disqualifying criteria listed above
  • Items exceed $30 in value
  • Items are being shipped back in the original box
  • Items are being shipped from a location within the 48 contiguous United States
  • Items can be returned via UPS or FedEx

For items not meeting the above conditions, customers must purchase their own shipping label from any carrier of their choice. Please ensure to select a trackable shipping method for delivery.

PO Box Deliveries and Rejected Packages:

Black Lab does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders with a PO Box shipping address may be returned to sender by the carrier. If an order is returned to sender or rejected by the recipient, it will be treated as a standard return, and a refund less the return shipping cost ($30 per package) will be issued upon receipt and processing. If the returned order contains non-returnable items, no refund will be issued, but the item can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Digital warranties cannot be used for gift card purchases, and warranties are applicable only to items purchased directly from Black Lab.

Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges on items sent back within the first 30 days of receipt, provided they remain in like-new condition. Please note that certain items, such as customized items, Final Sale, Clearance, and Open Box items, cannot be exchanged.

*Please note that while we strive to provide the safest, strongest, and most durable products for our pups, persistent and determined chewers may eventually overcome even the toughest materials. As with any product you give your pup, supervision is highly recommended, especially for dogs with a history of destroying or ingesting objects.
