We are very happy with our purchase! With how much we paid, I am very happy that the quality of the design and materials used and it was well worth it in my opinion. I

can tell this bed will hold up and I really needed something that was easy to clean and is waterproof since our female sometimes has accidens when she is sleeping! Also for my older dog, we were looking for something orthopedic that provided a lot of support for him because he has advance arthritis and his old bed was no longer providing the support he needed. Many nights be found him in our own bed because it's more firm and this obviously affects our sleep, so i'm happy to see that he's really enjoying it and we will all sleep better. If I would change one thing about my purchase I would have sized up for our female dog Lady. We ordered two Large beds and we have two medium size dogs, both 45 lbs. But Lady our female is a little taller and longer than our older dog Duke. She also like to stretch out sometimes, so I could have went for an X-large for her. But overall she still fits well on the Large. Also the little grips on the bottom of the bed are STRONG. I tried to push the bed across the floor with my foot and it literally would not move, I have to physically pick it up and adjust it. I also love this because the dogs love to play fight on the bed and I beilve the beds will no longer migrate across the house when they play.

Our pup is loving his new comfy bed during recovery from surgery. The quality is excellent, and it provides the comfort he needs to rest and heal. From the product to the customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. We're especially grateful for the care and support we received from Courtney, who was incredibly kind and helpful.

My experience with Black Lab has been nothing but amazing. The original order and shipping process was seamless and efficient. The customer service is out of this world!!

In today's business culture of not always treating the customer with respect and only looking out for the company, Black Lab breaks that model and goes way above and beyond to work with and support the customer. My communications with Courtney have been timely, caring and supportive.

My journey with customer service was due to a zipper malfunction with the bolster and through various circumstances, we ended up with a completely new bed for our dog at no cost.

I highly recommend any product from Black Lab and pray you have as much of a positive experience with this family owed business as my family has, thank you Courtney and the Black Lab family.

For my 77 pound lab I ordered the X large. so she can sprawl out without her head hanging over. From the moment she laid on this bed, she loved it and snored deeply. We put her favorite blanket on it, but she likes it both ways.

The deciding factor to purchase this bed was not only was it leak proof, it is so easy to wash. You only need to remove the top cover which zippers off so easily. We washed the bedding before use (you don't have to) and the two covers over the mattress dried quickly in the sun in no time and we easy to put on,
